Boulder Case Company Policy
Prices are shown in US dollars. For conversion, we recommend the customer uses a Currency Converter. Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as “gift” or with altered prices. International Orders may require 3-5 business days or more of additional processing time.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If the customer receives an item that is damaged, we ask that the customer contact Customer Service to report the issue. After analysis, the customer may have the option to either exchange the item for a product of equal or lesser value or return the item for a credit in the amount the item was originally purchased.
For all returns, there is a re-stocking fee that will be charged to the customer. Customers are also responsible for shipping the product back to the Boulder Case Company. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. The customer will be refunded the amount for the purchased product within 30-days. If the customer has not received the refund within the 30-day period, please contact Boulder Case Company Support.
Lost or Stolen Item:
Products that have been lost or stolen while in the customers possession are not insured and will not be replaced under any circumstance. Items that have been lost or stolen within the third-party shipping carrier, it is the customers responsibility to file a claim with the third-party shipping carrier. No refunds for any lost or stolen items.
If the customer receives an item and is not completely satisfied, the customer is able to exchange the product for another product of equal or lesser value. The original shipping charge is non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all shipping and brokerage fees for exchanges. International shipments should be marked as a “Merchandise Return” with a carrier that does not levy brokerage fees. Customer is responsible for any customs charges. Any items shipped COD or having additional brokerage fees that are charged to Boulder Case Company upon delivery will be rejected. Items that are exchanged with Boulder Case Company will not be charged a re-stocking fee.
For warranty claims please contact Boulder Case Company. While Boulder Case Company will assist international customers with warranty claims, items may need to be shipped to the U.S. for inspection or repair. The customer will be responsible for these additional shipping charges. Boulder Case Company is not responsible for replacing contents in a damaged case.
